 WITS Exercisor (362/204)
      This utility allows for transmission or reception of standard WITS record over RS232 and TCP/IP networks. TCP transmission can be generic or via Telnet protocol. Both WITS level 0 and 1 records are supported. System also allows user to create custon WITS record for emuting.
